President

Working as one of the original marketers for the BayCare Health System in Florida, Michele saw firsthand that physicians were searching for ways to grow their practices. Combining her marketing education from the University of South Florida with her healthcare experience, she founded Full Circle PR in 2007 to meet that need. Since then, Full Circle has grown to support hundreds of medical practices across the nation. Michele draws on her unique blend of skills to make sure Full Circle’s clients get results that consistently meet their goals. She is an active and positive presence in the community, involved with numerous local organizations. As a mother of two, she hopes to instill in her children the belief that loving what you do is the key to a better, more meaningful life.

Business Development Manager

Michele leads business development and oversees Full Circle PR’s physician liaison programs, partnering with healthcare practices and organizations to strengthen referral relationships and develop outreach strategies that drive meaningful, long-term growth. She enjoys working closely with physicians, practice leaders, and administrative teams to understand their unique goals and challenges, creating customized marketing and communication solutions that help practices build lasting connections within their communities.

Known for her genuine approach and passion for building relationships, Michele believes that trust, consistency, and personal connections are at the heart of successful business development. She takes pride in helping clients grow while serving as a trusted partner and resource.

Outside of work, Michele is happily married and a proud mom of two. She loves spending time at the beach, working in her garden, and making memories with family and friends. Giving back is also an important part of her life, and she is passionate about supporting youth sports and volunteering with Clothes To Kids, helping provide local children with the confidence and resources they need to succeed. Whether she's supporting a client, cheering from the sidelines, or serving her community, Michele is driven by a genuine desire to help others grow and thrive.

Danielle oversees client strategy and account management, making sure practices receive consistent, structured, results-driven support. She partners with clients to translate their goals into coordinated execution across marketing, communications, and practice growth.
